From hard-to-reach infrastructure sites: the equipment used, what it did, and what failed. The record here is currently empty. Every note is published under the editorial standards: sponsorship is disclosed by name, observations state their limits, and failure is reported with the same care as success.
Notes are added as trips are documented. Each one names its sponsorship status at the top — including "none" — and carries a limits-of-observation statement. Sites are referenced generically.
Manufacturers who supply equipment for a note are covered by the editorial standards: a factual-accuracy window before publication, disclosed in the note itself, and the right to have their written response published alongside it, unedited.
